Saddle Log Program
This program is open to members with any breed of horse. Hours are logged on the amount of time the member is IN the saddle. In Hand work does not count. Hours are done on the honor system on forms supplied by LCAC.

Appaloosa Open Show Awards
The object of keeping points and awarding Year End Awards (from classes pointed with LCAC & held at local shows) is to promote the Appaloosa Horse in open competition. Classes held at these shows are Hater, English Pleasure, Western Pleasure & Youth. Awards for the top 6 in each class are given at our yearly awards banquet. Click Here for Rules

Regional Yeard End Awards
Hi Point and Reserve Hi Point and third through six regional awards are given to members who attend Regional Appaloosa shows that are pointed by LCAC. You must also attend the LCAC Summer Classic in July for your points to count. Members and Appaloosa owners must be members by May 1st for points to be counted.

Member Show Credit
Members can earn credit for their show bill at the LCAC Summer Classic in the following ways.

1. A member who turns in cash donations for show sponsor - ship or advertising will receive an equal amount in show credit except for national point fees.

2. Working at the Club Auction will earn a member a $25 show credit except for national point fees.

3. Items donated to be used as prizes for the show will earn show credit equal to half the value of the items except for national point fees.

4. A member taking charge of an additional fund raiser will earn a $30 show credit except for national point fees.

5. A member donating a stallion service to be auctioned off at our annual fund raiser Auction will receive 10% of the purchase price as show credit except for national point fees.

6. A non showing member who works a full day at the Auction or all day saturday or all day sunday at the show will earn a free membership for the following year.
